MySelfHelp.com is staffed by a team of highly experienced and
reputable healthcare professionals and other experts who are devoted
to helping people like you improve the quality of their lives.
We specialise in our respective fields and work together to help
you find solutions to the challenges you face in life. Our programmes
are based upon many years of clinical and research experience.

Richard Bedrosian, Ph.D., President, MySelfHelp.com; Affiliate
in Psychiatry, University of Massachusetts Medical School
Dr. Bedrosian is a clinical psychologist with over 27 years of
experience in treating depression, addictions, anxiety disorders,
and the after-effects of childhood trauma or abuse. Dr. Bedrosian
was trained and supervised by Dr. Aaron T. Beck, who is known as
the “Father of Cognitive Therapy”. Dr. Bedrosian is the author
of numerous books, chapters, and articles focused on depression,
suicide, and family dynamics, including the 1994 volume, “Treating
Family of Origin Problems: A Cognitive Approach”. He received
his B.A. in Psychology from Brown University, his M.A. in Psychology
from Assumption College, and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from
Miami University.
Deanne Jade, Principal and Founder, National Centre for Eating
Disorders (NCFED)
The NCFED is a national affiliation of practitioners specially
trained to work with eating problems, obesity and related issues
such as body image and exercise addiction. Established in 1985,
the NCFED is one of the UK’s leading independent treatment services
and over the past 20 years has helped thousands of women and men
of all ages to recover and lead normal healthful lives.
Deanne Jade, Principal and Founder, is a psychologist, affiliated
with the European Health Psychology Society, the International
Association for the Study of Obesity and the British Association
of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. Deanne works closely
with a number of organisations shaping public health policy for
eating disorders and obesity in the UK, including a Parliamentary
all-party committee and the National Institute of Clinical Excellence. Deanne
has appeared numerous times on TV, radio and in the National Press. She says: “The
time is just right NOW for self-help. This is a good programme:
It is available to everyone, and it works. I am honoured to link
together with Richard and to pool our vast knowledge and experience
in your service. We all deserve a happy, healthy relationship
with food.”
