separately from your personal entries. Consequently, no one can
view your entries and your identifying information.
Adherence to industry standards. We
comply with select industry standards for protecting Internet
users' privacy. We internally review our compliance with these
standards on a periodic basis.
Security technology. We
utilise the most advanced technology available to protect your
data from outside parties. To ensure the most effective protection
of your personal information, we regularly test and update these
technical safeguards.

In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your

unless doing so would violate the law or court order.
Disclosure of aggregate information. We
never provide information that could be used to identify members
personally. The data that we provide to research institutions
are always presented in an aggregate manner, without any information
that might identify individuals. This means that no one can identify
any individual member within those collective data. For example,
we might provide the following type of data to a medical research
institute: "70 percent of our members have had trouble with
medication."
Surveys. We do not disclose
members' answers to surveys to third parties other than in aggregate
form. We may share such aggregated data with medical research

regarding users to operators of such sites, not data on any individual
members. This privacy statement applies only to this website.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content
of the linked websites, and disclaim all responsibility and liability
for privacy problems that may arise from those sites. We encourage
you to review the privacy statements of every website that you
visit.
How we handle personal information internally. In
an effort to keep your Personal Information secure, we have a

of conduct for employees who have access to our customers' identifying
information. We use encryption to collect your personal information.
As an additional security measure, your Personal Information
is also kept physically separate on a separate server.
Only a limited number of our employees are authorised to
access the information you submitted for billing purposes. Access
by authorized personnel is controlled by passwords. No employee
has access to the data you enter into the programmes, nor are
they able to connect your billing information with entries you
make into your programmes. Although we will make every reasonable
effort to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse,
or alteration by third parties, there is always a certain level
of risk involved in transmitting information over the Internet.
Likewise, there is some risk that thieves or hackers could find
a way to defeat our security systems.
Staff training and discipline. To
ensure that our privacy guidelines are met by our employees,
all staff members are trained in the importance of privacy in
all aspects of their work. All employees must abide by our privacy
policies. Those who violate our policies are subject to disciplinary
action, up to and including termination.
Evolving privacy policies.
Industry standards relating to personal information will undergo
continuing development in the coming months and years. As a result,
we may make significant changes to our privacy policies. We will
notify you by e-mail of any significant changes in our policies.
We will also obtain your consent to any new uses of your Personal
Information if it was collected from you prior to a significant
change in our policies. Although we will not inform you personally
about non-significant changes, you can check this posted Privacy
Policy for any non-significant changes. If you do not consent
to the terms of this Privacy Policy or any revisions we make
in the future, please discontinue your use of this site.
Your Privacy Choices. From
time to time you will be given the option of receiving recurring
newsletters via e-mail from this site. If you wish to subscribe
to such newsletters via e-mail, we ask for contact information,
such as name and e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from the
newsletters by simply sending an e-mail to info@MySelfHelp.com.
You will then be unsubscribed from that newsletter within two
to three business days.
Updating personal information. You
can always contact us in order to delete or update the Personal
Information that you have provided to us, by e-mailing us at info@MySelfHelp.com.
If you do not receive adequate resolution of a privacy related
problem, you may write to MySelfHelp.com the e-mail address above.
It may not be technically possible to remove
from our servers each and every record of the information you
have provided to this site. The need to back-up our systems to
protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of
your Personal Information may exist in a non-erasable form that
will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. However, we
promise that upon receiving your request, we will be able to
delete all personal information stored in the databases we actively
use.

in the European Union fully understand and consent to the collection
and processing of their Personal Information in the United States.
